Destination Wedding Photography in Siena, Italy

Abi & Michaels's gorgeous wedding took place in the heart of Tuscany. Arriving a few days before a destination wedding has always been critical to my approach. Capturing the classic pizza party the evening before, location-scouting venues and getting to know the couple add so much value, leaving me confident to tell a story through photography.

The beautiful San Lorenzo a Linari, located outside of Siena, provided the perfect backdrop for bridal and groom preparations, wedding breakfast and all the dancing energy delivered by the guys at Fix The Music. The lovely Lucy from Wiskow & White planned the wedding perfectly, allowing the couple to enjoy their day knowing the scheduling, table decorations, flowers, and all aspects of the day ran smoothly.

Bride and groom preparations were held in the villa location, making it straightforward to go between the two parties. I loved capturing photographs of the emotions, details and beautiful portraits of them both moments before their stunning ceremony at San Galgano Abbey.

While guests enjoyed their food, we observed the setting sun. Using phone applications to track the weather and the sun's path through the sky, I always love to find a lovely location for sunset portraits. The vibes continued into the night, and I'm excited to return to Italy in 2023!
