Syrencot House, Wiltshire Wedding

The beautiful wedding of Aimee and Luke took place on a warm summer's day, nestled away in the Wiltshire countryside.

Getting ready, the wedding ceremony, reception and party all took place at the historic Syrencot House.

Aimee and Luke reached out to me to photograph their special day after seeing my work in portrait photography. They were looking for creative images of them individually and together as a married couple. With this in mind, I arrived early to capture images of Luke and Aimee while they were getting ready in the morning. I love the candid moments of Aimee, her bridesmaids and both mums in their matching PJs! I found plenty of natural light to capture Luke and Aimee once they were ready. I love capturing couples' emotions and moods leading up to their ceremony! Aimee's gift to her father was such a heartwarming moment!

While I'm familiar with many beautiful West Sussex wedding venues, it was exciting to photograph a new location! The ceremony at Syrencot House was gorgeous, with floor flowers, rose petals and soft light coming through the greenhouse-style architecture. Following their vows and ring exchange, I formed a tunnel with the entire wedding party for the newlywed couple to walk down while being showered in confetti by their friends and family. This shot will always be one of my favourites!

Their wedding continued with group formals, portraits, hilarious speeches, a romantic first dance and heaps of dancing!
